Dua before eating
اللّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا ، وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana wa-qina adhaban-naar. Bismillah
O Allah! Bless (the food) You provided us and save us from the punishment of the Hellfire. In the Name of Allah.[ibn as-Sunni]

Dua After eating
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِى اطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا ، وَجَعَلنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Alhamdulilahil ladhi at'amana, wasaqana, waj'alna min-al Muslimeen
Praise be to Allah Who has fed us and given us drink and made us Muslims.

Dua before sleeping
"بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Bismika Allaahumma 'amootu wa 'ahyaa.
O Allah, with Your name I die and live

Dua for when you wake up from sleep
"الْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ".
Alhamdu lillaahil-lathee 'ahyaanaa ba'da maa 'amaatanaa wa'ilayhin-nushoor.
Praise is to Allah Who gives us life after He has caused us to die and to Him is the return.
